Wow...

I was learning the material that's going to be on this upcoming psych test, when the book brought up the concept of age and parenthood, especially for first-time parents. It made me think: my mother was my age when she was pregnant with me.

Now, I feel really young without that. There's no way in heck I'd be able to deal with that at this age.

Yet my mother did, and quite well.

She did things at this age that I'd only imagine doing when I'm at least 25.



I'm one irresponsible f**k-off, and my mother has a whole lot more respect from me now.

First, I've decided to put the prologue and first chapter of Journey to Fire's Keep up and ask for feedback. So, please read and critique! This is really the first time I've made these semi-public.
