Mmm, sleep. Sleep is good. And right now, I'm ever so glad my internal clock is still set on EST; waking up at 7:30 is what I'm going to have to do every day this semester, so it's good to get used to it early by making it seem like 9:30. :P

Anyway, big long "How I spent my summer winter vacation" post is here. Where to begin...

Perhaps the beginning is a good place. )

My brother's early Christmas )

The dogs (of war) )

And now, I'm going to take a short break; got a few things to do around here before too long. I'll resume probably within two hours or so.

"Jesus Christ boy, you're not done blabbing? Some of us have crap to do!"

The new season of Doctor Who is kickass.

Rosenrot is... I have mixed feelings on it. On one side, it has some of the most beautiful music I've ever heard (Hilf Mir especially is just frigging awesome, as is Stirb Nicht vor Mir/Don't Die Before I Do). On the other hand... yech. Benzin? Zerstoeren? What were they thinking? Even Feuer und Wasser, though good musically, made me want to throw up. So, I have very mixed feelings. Overall, I'm definitely glad I have it; like I said, some of the most beautiful music I've ever heard is on it. Still, I worry about Rammstein's future.

I now have the two Eva movies, if anyone is interested. I've yet to see them.

Musical practice begins this Tuesday! I can't wait. XD Having now looked over the musical, I must say, Mercury is an awesome part, but it requires a LOT of interaction based on Jupiter; I know I can do it, just, it'll take a while.

Found this book last week entitled Tooth and Claw by Jo Walton. AWESOME frigging book so far; imagine Jane Austen, only with dragons. That's what this is. An entire religion created, plus physiology I've never seen which adds a very nice touch to the story. Seriously, sweet stuff.

What else... Gump... ah yes, Iran. Don't get me started on Iran right now.

And that's it! I doubt anyone was enlightened, but I'm sure someone enjoyed the utter waste of time there. I know I did.
