Well, it's mostly official, but we're still working out some of the finer details - when I go home for the summer, my high school friends and I will be filming our third movie, tentatively entitled "The Interfector". The current script can be found here. It looks to be quite the fun-to-make film. If things are still the way they had been planned at the beginning of last summer, I'm playing the role of the vampire. I've not confirmed this with the scriptwriter yet, but he was pretty set on it when he told me last time.

EDIT: I spoke with him today and I'm actually much more likely to play the part of Brother Xavier Callaghan. He wrote the vampire part for himself. :P

For those wondering, the first two films we made were "Vampir", a B-rate movie that was originally going to be a decent horror, but was changed so much that by the end, it was a comedy, and "Star Wars: Return of the Sith", which I have a copy of in DVD form if anyone wishes to see it (talk to me, I'd like to get a public showing going). It's actually got a plotline that makes sense, and quite the cult following apparently. All the more reason to look forward to this next movie.

Guess who's bored once again? :P On this episode of "That's My Life", I figured I'd give a slight synopsis of each of the novels I'm currently writing. Told you I was bored. :P

Oh yes, and before you click on the "teaser" links, be warned that there will probably be pop-ups.

Journey to Fire's Keep - Teaser

A story of epic proportions, to take place over a total of six novels. In the first book, Asmodeious, an incredibly powerful evil sorceror, burns a town to the ground in order to achieve a particular magical item. What he didn't know was that two of the town's inhabitants, Stephen Doe and Angelo Villalobos, were out hunting at the time. When they return to find the town demolished, they set off on a quest to rid the world of the evil that did it. Along the way, they run into Stephen's brother John, a shopkeeper with all the supplies anyone could want, and Justin, a washed-up wizard whose magic is little more than cheap tricks.

Multiverse - Teaser

A sci-fi novel, and a satire on the human condition. A worlds-reknowned astroexplorer, whose name is never mentioned, is enlisted to lead an exploration team to the center of the galaxy. The crew, obviously, is quite nervous about the whole ordeal. When they get there, what awaits them is a journey across time and space, and the story of a man who would be the savior of the Multiverse.

Next of Kin - Teaser

A fantasy set in 1985. Jacob Kin, a kid whose parents died when he was quite young, is now a senior in high school. He has a few friends, and a foster family who takes very good care of him. One weekend, on a camping trip, something happens, and he is thrust into an international underground war, where he discovers the truth about his own origins, his friends, and that his parents were still alive.

Relatively Lost - Sorry, no teaser for this one yet

A historical fiction of sorts; one of those "What would have happened if...?" novels. A young Albert Einstein, having just moved to Munich, recieves something other than a compass as a gift (I've yet to actually determine what he recieves). As he never got this compass, his interest in physics was never sparked. He was never hired by Princeton to be a professor, and thus never wrote FDR one forboding letter about the potential of nuclear fission. Because this letter was never sent, the Manhattan Project was never initiated, thus Hiroshima and Nagasaki were never demolished by atomic bombs. I'll let the rest formulate in your heads.
